Kathryn Kager, NC LMBT#16106

Kate graduated from The Body Therapy Institute in Silk Hope, North Carolina - one of only two accredited massage schools in the state of North Carolina at the time.
Having been a teacher for many years, and later a school administrator, Kate incorporates her skills as an instructor into each session. Her goal is for you understand how your habits and postures affect your body, mind and spirit. She believes manual therapy can create a shift toward balance and can be an important part of everyone's health and wellness practices. The work she does is intended to support the process of moving toward feeling good in your body. This lifelong process can be derailed by stress, injury, trauma, sports, surgery, work, etc. Kate is interested in the education, growth, healing, and transformation of clients, and helps them find ease and comfort in a body that moves freely and functions optimally.
When she is not in the treatment room, Kate can often be found at a yoga class or cooking, romping through the woods with her dog, knitting, reading, or hanging out with family and friends.
